Hi! I'm Kamila — a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and ICF-Certified Transformational Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in the coaching profession.
I’ve walked the path of ambition, pressure, and silent battles — and learned how to lead powerfully without losing myself. Today, I help professional women and women in leadership lead with heart, prevent burnout, and reclaim their inner power. My mission is to support women in creating lives that are not only successful on the outside but also deeply aligned on the inside.
Years ago, as a newly single parent in Calgary, far from my family in Poland, I faced immense challenges. I know what it’s like to feel profoundly lonely — to hold on to whatever feels safe, believing that’s the only way to survive. I made a choice to stay for my son, but I also made a choice to rise. I knew I had to shift from merely surviving to truly thriving.
That decision set me on a journey of self-discovery that changed everything. Investing in my own transformational coach helped me break through limiting beliefs, rebuild my identity, and rediscover my strength.
My “why” runs deep. I witnessed my mother sacrifice her dreams while carrying the weight of full-time work and an abusive relationship. I saw the patterns it created in our family, and I made a promise to myself — and to other women — that the cycle ends here.
Today, I guide women to break free from toxic cycles, rediscover their power, and lead with clarity and heart. I combine my personal journey with proven coaching tools to help you design a future that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with your deepest values.
